Ingredients: South Africa Organic red rooibos tisane, organic vanilla flavoring

How to Steep: 1 teabag, 8 oz water, 212°F, 5–8 min.  Because of the low tannin in rooibos, it's almost impossible to over-steep rooibos!  Team members have accidentally steeped rooibos for over 30 minutes, and although the tisane was cool, the brew wasn't bitter!  

Fun Fact: Madagascar vanilla is also called bourbon. South African mothers fill their babies' bottles with rooibos as a colic remedy.
