Adjustable grinder: Grinds whole beans for maximum freshness and flavor and allows you to select among three different grind settings for light or dark roasts. Stainless burrs deliver consistent and precise particle size for optimum flavor. 

Slow Grinder: The grinder rotates below 500 rpm to make sure the aroma of the coffee is as fresh as possible.
