Tea Tips: Mariage uses an organic oil of bergamot. Delicious with any chocolate or cream dessert, or with afternoon tea.

How to Steep: 1 tsp, 8 oz water, 212°F, 4–5 min

Fun Fact: The word bergamot is said to be derived from the Italian word bergamotto (“lord’s pear") due to the citrus fruit’s pear shape. Calabria, Italy, produces 90% of the world’s bergamot.
