How to Steep: 1.0-1.5 tsp per 8 oz of water, 212°F, 4–5 min

Fun Fact: Former First Lady Lucy Webb Hayes was referred to as "Lemonade Lucy" because of her support of the temperance movement. She served tea instead of alcoholic beverages.
