How to Steep: Colombian Breakfast Chai: 1.5 tsp/2.5 gm, 8 oz water, 212°F, steep 4–5 min. American Breakfast Tea: 1 tsp, 8 oz water, 212°F, steep 4–5 min. Tokyo Breakfast Tea: 1.5 tsp, 8 oz water, 208°F, steep 4–5 min.
