This loosely twisted tea is made from a cultivar with large leaves. Notes of cocoa, buttered toast, and dark molasses combine to create a complex cup!

Ingredients: China, Anhui Province black tea: 100%

How to Steep: 2 tsp, 8 oz water, 212°F, 5–7 min

Fun Fact: Keemun (Qimen) is grown in Anhui Province, one of China's most beautiful and historic regions. These leaves are loosely twisted and larger compared with Keemun Hao Ya.
