Eins Zwei Zero Blanc de Blancs is a non-alcoholic white blend from the town of Rüdesheim. With gentler acidity than the Eins Zwei Zero Riesling, it’s a delicate blend with clean, fresh flavors. A classic palate makes it suitable for any variety of mild food pairings. No matter the season, we love it alongside roast chicken and lots of vegetables.
