A side-handled kyusu (Japanese for teapot) is used to prepare green tea. The teapot's dark chocolate-brown clay surface is etched, which adds textural contrast. 

Comes with a sample of kukicha (stem tea) green tea from Japan.  

Product Details: Dimensions: Diameter including spout = 5.5" | Diameter including side handle = 6.0" Care Instructions: Hand-wash only in hot water, and turn the teapot over to air dry. 

Fun Fact: The Japanese word for any teapot (with or without a side handle) is kyusu 急須. The word for a side-handled Japanese teapot is yokode kyusu (よこで急須).
