Ingredients: 97% oxidized China black tea, oolong, Fujian Province's Wuyi Mountains (Zheng Mountain)

How to Steep: To experience the extraordinary flavors of this artisan tea, use the following steps. Steep #1: Empty 5 g packet of tea into a small teapot. Pour 12 oz of boiling water over tea leaves and steep for 20–30 sec. Without removing the tea leaves from the teapot, serve tea immediately in tiny cups. Serves up to 4 friends. Steep #2: Pour 12 oz of boiling water over the tea leaves and steep for 35–45 sec and serve. Steep #3: Pour 12 oz of boiling water over the tea leaves and steep for 50–55 sec. Note: Continue adding 15–20 sec for each additional steep until the flavor fades. 

Fun Fact: Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong means "Zheng mountain small leaf" and refers to the type of tea plant. Wuyi Rock oolong teas grow in mineral-rich soil that contains bits of broken rocks, and this minerality influences this tea's unique flavors. Yan Yun means "rock taste," and is characteristic of teas from the Wuyi Mountains.
