How to Steep: Western-style: 1.5 tsp, 8 oz water, 195°F, 3–4 min Eastern-style: 3.5 tsp (5 gm), 6 oz water, 185°F, 15 sec; add 10 sec for each additional steeping.

Fun Fact: The Iron Goddess of Mercy (tieguanyin in pinyin, simplified Chinese characters: ???, traditional characters: ???) is also known as the goddess of compassion, kindness, and love.
