How to Steep: Western-style: 1.5-2 tsp, 6-8 oz water, 200°F, 3–4 min. Eastern-style: 4 tsp (5 gm), 6 oz water, 200°F, 30 sec; add 5 sec for each additional steeping.

Fun Fact: The Iron Goddess of Mercy (tieguanyin in pinyin, simplified Chinese characters: ???, traditional characters: ???) is also known as the goddess of compassion, kindness, and love.
