This tea is the liquid version of a buttery and fruit-filled macaron. A sumptuous dessert tea, Macaron is part of Mariage Frères' Gourmand Heritage collection and is elegantly packaged in a pink and silver tin. 

The decorative purple and silver tin contains 100 gm (3.5 oz) of flavored black tea. 

Tea Type or Tisane | Flavors: Black+ | creamy, caramel, silky mouthfeel

Tea Tips: Delicious with or without milk and sugar. A P.M. dessert or pick-me-up. 

Ingredients: Chinese organic black tea, organic amaranth petals, organic apple & strawberry flavorings Caution: May contain traces of nuts. 

How to Steep: 1 tsp, 8 oz water, 212°F, 4–5 min

Fun Fact: The origin of the macaron is claimed by both the French and the Italians. Many food historians believe that pastries with almonds were first made in Arab countries, brought to Sicily by Arab traders in the 13th century, and later to France. The word macaron is of Italian origin.
