The Parch range of non-alcoholic agave spirits and cocktails is inspired by the biodiversity of the Sonoran Desert and ancient rituals in Mexico and the Southwest US. Each blend starts with agave: the Mexican blue Weber variety is sustainably sourced from organic fields in Los Altos de Jalisco before being roasted, pressed, extracted, and combined with desert botanicals, fruits, herbs, and fruits. The blend is finished off with select active adaptogens: ashwagandha, ginseng, GABA, and L-Theanine help ease anxiety and stress, improve immunity, and inspire a wakeful sense of calm.

The Prickly Paloma is a citrusy, bittersweet, and refreshing offering. Its vibrant orange-red hue parallels a lively palate of grapefruit, citrus, and floral notes. This one’s tart flavors make it hard to stop sipping; it’s a unique but natural alternative to a classic tequila cocktail.
