The Sparkling White is a refreshing, bubbly blend sourced from sustainably grown grapes in Clarksburg AVA, California. The region’s balmy days and cool winds from the San Pablo Bay create optimal conditions for ripe flavor and crisp acidity. Chenin Blanc grapes are fermented in stainless steel before undergoing gentle vacuum distillation to dealcoholize the wine. A final touch of grape juice creates a delicate balance of flavor without any added sugar.
