How to Steep: 1 bud, 10–12 oz water, 175–185°F. Steep until the bud fully opens—no need to remove. Steep the same blossom several more times!

Fun Fact: Blooming teas are thought to have originated in China's Yunnan Province during the Song Dynasty (960-1279). These teas are among the most labor-intensive of all teas.
