Subtle and delicate thee entrance into the mouth that immediately brings freshness and clear memories of freshly picked grapes.

The pleasant and fresh finish make it suitable for food and good persistence. Suitable for braised meats, but also stewed fish, pasta with Bolognese sauce, basked pasta, meatballs and eggs.

Made with 50% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 5% Oseleta Negrara grapes. Aged 6 months in French Oak.
